Our Services

Facilitation and operational support designed to strengthen how organisations work, communicate and deliver.

Facilitation & Reflective Practice

People & Practice offers independent facilitation for organisations who wish to create space for reflection, dialogue and improved communication.

This may include:

  • facilitated team conversations

  • reflective practice sessions

  • staff or volunteer away days

  • structured group discussions

  • values and culture conversations

Facilitation is:

  • purpose-led and agreed in advance

  • structured and well-held

  • neutral and independent

  • appropriate to non-clinical settings

Sessions are designed to support clarity, understanding and collective responsibility, without moving into therapeutic or counselling work.

Operational & Administrative Support

People & Practice provides remote operational and administrative support to organisations and independent practitioners who need reliable, thoughtful assistance.

Support may include:

  • remote PA support

  • administration and coordination

  • project and event administration

  • research and document preparation

  • systems, processes and organisation

This service is particularly suited to people-centred organisations who value discretion, trust and consistency, and who need support that understands the context of their work.

Support is available on an hourly or retainer basis.

How We Work

Every engagement with People & Practice begins with a conversation.

This allows us to:

  • understand your organisation and context

  • clarify what support is needed

  • agree boundaries and expectations

  • ensure the work is appropriate and ethical

Work is delivered with care, clarity and professionalism, and always within the scope agreed.

Fees

Fees are discussed openly and agreed in advance.

Facilitation work is typically priced per session or project.

Operational and administrative support is available:

  • on an hourly basis, or

  • via a monthly retainer

Details can be discussed during an initial conversation.
